Shipping & Returns
Invictus Labs is a trading name of The Trustee for McDonald Stewart Family Trust (ABN 88 143 798 229), operating under the registered business name Core Body Solutions.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped exclusively via Australia Post Express Post. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days (next business day for most metro areas). Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Free Express Post on all orders over $100 AUD.
Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no external product identification. Discretion and integrity are maintained throughout fulfilment. Where required, temperature-sensitive materials are packaged with appropriate protective measures to maintain product integrity during transit.
Delivery Areas
We ship to all Australian states and territories: New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Northern Territory (NT). International shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
All shipments include Australia Post tracking. Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Options
Authority to Leave (Default)
The carrier is authorised to leave your parcel at the delivery address without a signature. By selecting this option, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered. Invictus Labs is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels left unattended.
Signature on Delivery (Optional — $4.95, free on orders over $350)
The carrier must obtain a signature before releasing the parcel. If no one is home, the carrier will leave a notification card and hold the parcel at the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Tracking shows "Delivered" but not received
If you selected Authority to Leave, check around your property and with neighbours. Invictus Labs is not liable for unattended parcels per your authorisation. If you selected Signature on Delivery and no signature was obtained, contact us and we will work with Australia Post toward a resolution.
Parcel lost in transit
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post. If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
To report a missing parcel:
- Email support@invictuslabs.com.au within 14 days
- Include your order number and tracking number
- Include screenshots of tracking status if available
- Allow up to 5 business days for investigation
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is visibly damaged in transit, has a broken or tampered seal, or is incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email support@invictuslabs.com.au within 48 hours
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photographic evidence
- Await assessment and further instructions
Where appropriate, issues may be resolved via replacement or discretionary store credit.
Not eligible for return or replacement
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or altered
- Products with broken seals caused by the customer
- Orders reported after 48 hours without valid reason
- Orders affected by customer error, mishandling, or improper storage
- Change-of-mind purchases
